Review: Laneige Strawberry Yogurt Peeling Gel

My review on the Laneige toner is by the most popular post on my blog.
People must have an interest in high end Asian beauty brands?

Well I decided to bust out my other Laneige product: my strawberry yogurt peeling gel.
What it essentially is (despite the name) is an exfoliator.
It is supposed to remove dead skin cells without the use of harsh "scrubs".

I've had this product for awhile now and to be honest ever since I got my Clarisonic I barely use exfoliators.
I heard about this product from youtube guru ItsLiz89. She had nothing but raves for this product and I was curious.

This is not your usual exfoliator. This relies on enzymes rather than grains to do the dirty work. That means that this product is less harsh on your skin. I have heard many girls having their doubts about exfoliators like the St. Ives one because they think the beads cannot be good for your skin. The Laneige exfoliator is a great alternative.
Even though the name says peeling, there is no peeling involved. Lol.

As you can see in the second picture, there are beads in the gel. These beads, however, are like the beads you find in the hand gels of Bath&Body products. The beads dissolve and are not hard. If you push down on them, they break apart so they are not going to scrub your face.

I love the smell of the gel! It smells like strawberry yogurt and makes me SUPER happy when I use this product!
My skin feels baby soft after I use it too.
This is not a miracle product so do not expect to instantly have your dry skin patches disappear!

long ingredient list!

This product cost me $20. Since it is an Asian beauty product, you will have difficulty tracking it down.
I think its worth buying though since it isn't harsh on your skin and the smell is to die for!

Cheers!

Mmmm an exfoliator that smells like Strawberry yogurt. That sounds amazing! I heard about this through YouTube. But I have the Saint Ives Apricot scrub, it works okay for me but I'm the same way after getting the Clarisonic I don't use an exfoliator anymore. Great review! :)
